What Mautic versions are supported?
MTC Themes are designed for Mautic 4.0 and higher. They use the GrapesJS builder which is included in Mautic 4+.
What do I get when I download?
A complete theme in a ZIP package, ready to upload directly to Mautic via Settings > Themes.
Purchasing & Access
What does "lifetime access" include?
With lifetime access, you get:
- All current theme packs
- All future theme packs
- Unlimited downloads
- No subscription - one-time payment
Can I use templates on multiple sites?
Yes! Your license covers unlimited websites you own or manage.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we don't offer refunds after download. If you have issues, contact us and we'll help resolve them.
Technical
Why isn't my theme showing in Mautic?
Common causes:
- Cache not cleared - Clear Mautic cache after installation
- Wrong folder structure - config.json must be at the top level
How do I update an installed template?
Upload the new version the same way - it will overwrite the existing theme.
Why do templates look different in Outlook?
Outlook uses Microsoft Word for rendering, which has CSS limitations. Our templates use progressive enhancement - they look great everywhere, even if some styling is simplified in Outlook.
